Actually, it's very simple if we wanna know all the shortcuts that lies in Delphi.

Here is the step to get all the Delphi shortcuts :
1. Open your Delphi program
2. Open help menu : Help | Delphi Help
3. In Delphi Help window, type the word "shortcuts"
4. Then pick the "shortcuts" (usually with lowercase format) topic
5. Then, you will get all the link/category to all of Delphi shortcuts that available in your Delphi version
